Each load of surplus pallets brought into our state-of-the-art site is hand-sorted, and a full breakdown is logged. Pallets are purchased based on quantity and quality. Customer accounts are set up for pallet payments to avoid cash transactions. All payments are made on a monthly basis.

How we determine our prices.
Giffords purchases pallets using our unique triple-copy PRN system. This system provides customers with documented evidence before our collection driver leaves their site, confirming the number of pallets collected.
We can provide prices for each size of pallet collected and a detailed breakdown of amounts received in the form of a spreadsheet. For larger contracts, we can offer 45ft standard trailers for a trailer exchange service.
Upon return to Giffords premises, all pallets are sorted through our semi-automated sortation system, which stacks them to a predetermined height based on their grade.
This information is then recorded in our internal paperwork system.
Payment for collected pallets will be made within the first week of the following month, either through BACS transfer or by check based on your preference.
